Scheduler has been originally developed as a school project in 1997, at Institut Supérieur d'Electronique de Paris (ISEP), by Eric Lefèvre and Guillaume Tardif.

Until version 1.2.2, the help in Scheduler was using a HTML viewer developed by Frans van Gool. This viewer is still available for free here

Since version 1.2.3, Scheduler uses the ICE Browser Bean, from ICE Software. It is available for free for non-commercial software.
