Scheduler For Java

Scheduler is a simulator for real-time thread scheduling algorithms.

Scheduler v1.5 is the latest version, released 21 Nov 1999. Fully in English; compiled using Java 1.2, and tested under Java 1.1.7B. 

Previously, in order to see the help pages in Scheduler, you had to download the ICE Browser 4 from ICE Soft. Unfortunately, ICESoft has discontinued support for version 4. Only version 5 is available on their website and it seems quite different from version 4 (the version of ICE Browser I've been using is 4.07). Also, they have changed the licensing terms so that only a trial version is available (no such thing as free usage for non-profit anymore). Too bad. You'll just have to imagine the functionality's there and open the HTML pages manually.
